The Mars – Uranus conjunction was exact at 12 deg Vedic Aries on 20.1.2021, with Mars and Uranus at 12 deg Vedic Aries.
Positively its energy for needed revolution in our lives, especially in the life area that is the House in our Vedic Birth Chart that is Aries (and the sign opposite, Vedic Libra). Positively Mars is correct initiative and energy that is based on the Divine true nature of the planet Mars: drive plus achievement.
Positively, Uranus is inspiration for revolution.
But experienced negatively, the energies of this conjunction led to much fighting in the USA, with the storming of the US Capitol on January 6th which led to 25,000 troops being deployed on Presidential Inauguration day – the day the conjunction was exact.

Mars conjunct Uranus, and Mars conjunct Rahu which follows, are energies of anger, polarization and fighting. When Saturn is experienced negatively, there will be repression.
An important point is that this Mars – Uranus conjunction is embedded in the chart for Inauguration Day, and in the birth chart of the new Biden Presidency.

You can see from the Inauguration day chart that Kal Sarpa Yoga was in the heavens in January: a divisive and preposterous often fated energy – see below.
Mars is the Ruler of the 1st House Aries, conjunct Uranus – and also conjunct Moon the ruler of the Homeland 4th House. So, the indicator for the homeland is Moon conjunct Mars/Uranus!
By stark contrast to the energy of Kal Sarpa Yoga and Mars-Uranus in Aries 1st House, Remorseless correctional Saturn in his own sign of Capricorn is conjunct Jupiter, Pluto, Mercury, Sun, all in the 10th House.
And a very big thing to note is that the Mars-Uranus conjunction is actually square the Jupiter, Saturn, Pluto mega conjunction. What a pile-up of tension.
Watch that you can manage this without screaming hissy fits in the areas of life concerned.
I am handling this by doing two vision journeys a week. One of these is to contact each planet as it manifests in my life, and then to contact the Divine Planet, and get the two to dialogue with each other and with me. And I find it crucial to fully embody when I start such journeys, and also to do them outside, on the land.
Also, it’s important to be aware of the clash in types of energy between the two Titans: Saturn in Capricorn is essentially repressive and traditional. Mars-Uranus in Aries is essentially fiery revolution.
The energy of the Mars-Uranus conjunction is palpable until 22nd February, when Mars transits out of Aries into Vedic Taurus.
Its energy played a dominant violence role in the Inauguration chart of the new President of the USA affecting his whole term of office.
Note that Mars still vibrates in conjunction with Uranus all the while Mars transits Vedic Aries, because Mars starts February 2021 at 18 deg Vedic Aries, but note that Mars leaves Aries and enters Taurus on 22nd February. However, then we have the violent Mars-Rahu conjunction, instead.
It is very important to be aware that to have such a concentration of planets in one, two or three signs will produce a hurtful aggressive militant energy.
This is especially the case when combined with Kal Sarpa Yoga.
Such big concentrations in one, two or three signs, occurs January 19th to 22nd, February 5th to 20th, March 1st to 13th.
Note that these dates cover energies with varying degrees of intensity due to the movements of the Sun and the Moon through the chart.
Note especially that the concentrations of power around Saturn and Mars with their very different opposing energies will massively create tension, aggression, frustration and violence.
