Notice that this is very much a case of an unsupported (or Kemadruma) Moon: Moon unsupported and all on its own with the rest of the planets all the other side of the nodal axis forming the preposterous and divisive energy of Kal Sarpa Yoga. Kemadruma Moon is difficult for the stability of the mind, so it is worth clearly hearing this perception and making a not your mind could be affected at the time of this Full Moon, and indeed, all the time the Moon is alone and unsupported the other side of the Nodal axis from the rest of the planets: 4th to 16th March.
