The South Node of the Moon, known as Ketu in Vedic Astrology, is an energy of sharp and sudden disclosure and surprises. In Vedic Astrology, the nodes of the Moon are the indicators of our incarnational life purpose. Ketu, the South Node is where we got to in our last life; Rahu the North node is where we will obsessionally and compulsively impelled forwards to achieve our defined purpose in this life time.
