The Full Moon Lunar Eclipse on 5th July at 05.44 (in Ireland) is probably going to be pretty violent.

Sun is at 19 Gemini in Ardra
Moon at 19 Sagittarius in PurvaAshadha.
Note that Chiron and Mars are square the nodal axis of the Eclipse (at 10 and 15 deg Vedic Pisces respectively) in UttaraBhadra Nakshatra.
Mars square the Nodal axis will fill our minds and life-rhythms with violence.
The Eclipse Nodal axis is 4 deg Gemini-Sagittarius, Ardra to Mula Nakshatra.

We have to deal with this, not get sucked in. we have to use the insight and awareness. We have to use the spiritual techniques that are best and most effecting for us. I use embodiment techniques and vision work. Others use alternate nostril breathing which is good. There are of course other methods.
The Full Moon is at 19 Vedic Sagittarius, in PurvaAshadha Nakshatra. PurvaAshadha Nakshatra’s key words include: Strength and Victory. Invincible. They smash through anything in their way. Proud, independent. Obstinate and can’t be influenced by others. The fan denotes superiority.
Eclipsed Moon is opposition Sun in implacable tunnel-visioned Ardra: an energy of tragedy, as well as opposition Rahu and Mercury.
The Moon of this eclipse is conjunct Ketu, Jupiter and Pluto!
And Jupiter and Pluto are exactly conjunct at 29 Sagittarius, in UttaraAshadha Nakshatra.
