In this 6th part of our June Astrology and Healing newsletter, we look at the energies we will all be receiving from Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune, Sun and Chiron, and the June New Moon and Full Moon. Here’s the video, then read on for a lot more detail, below:
First of all, let’s consider the way we will all be receiving the Divine energy of planet Jupiter: energy of Blessing, enlargement and sense of purpose:
Jupiter Retrograde in June 2019:
Jupiter is retrograding through Vedic Scorpio in June 2019. Jupiter starts June at 26 Scorpio, and ends June at 23 Vedic Scorpio.
Jupiter’s Retrograde period actually runes form 10th April to 11th August.
It is true that Jupiter is outside the effect of the great Sagittarius – Gemini Nodal opposition described earlier in this blog, but please note that I have already written an important blog post with video explaining that this is part of a lengthy period where Jupiter’s optimism, blessing and purpose is less available to us humans, here is Maha Maya.
The point is that we all do need the purity of connection to Jupiter.

Uranus in June 2019
Uranus is transiting at 10 Vedic Aries, in Ashwini Nakshatra, at the start of June 2019. Of course, note that this also has a big effect on planets opposite in Vedic Libra. Uranus energy is revolution.
So, just to share a personal note, I feel I have had a big revolution in my communication and concepts with this Uranus’ transit being opposite my Mercury in Vedic Libra.
And Uranus is conjuncting my Rahu in Aries, my 10th House too: Uranus is closing on my Rahu in Vedic Aries, in Ashwini Nakshatra.
There’s been lots of revolution for me in the way I am doing my career, offering new vision journeys to meet the divine natures of the Planets, and also to meet the Gods and Goddesses of the ancient Irish and the ancient Norse, in their highest sense: to meet them in the sense that they are facets of the Divine Light: this was the power and reason that gave them such influence in the minds and hearts and affairs of humanity for such thousands of years – and also I’m offering Sacred West of Ireland Tours: the area of Ireland round where I live is full of the most ancient megaliths and presence of the Iron Age deities of the Irish people: the Tuatha De Danaan, and is also wonderful W B Yeats country.
I’m also participating in offering a weekend workshop here in the West of Ireland in August 2019, to meet great Goddess Danu: Mother of the Tuatha De Danaan, most ancient and widespread Mother Goddess: a chance for people to heal any owns to their own mothering, by meeting Great Goddess Danu through vision journey, family constellation work, transformative dance, healing blocks to receiving, art therapy and the most wonderful extensive sound healing as well. I am developing the extension of Vedic and Western Astrology into Healing Modalities, and also into magical transformation work. Don’t miss this: come to the mystical West of Ireland.
Neptune:
Neptune turns retrograde 21st June.
Neptune is at 24 Vedic Aquarius in PurvaBhadra Nakshatra, which is 18 deg Western Pisces.
Neptune is actually the apex of the T-square to the Jupiter-Venus opposition.
And Neptune is a restful sextile to Saturn, Ketu, Pluto conjunction and a trine to the Mars Rahu conjunction, and thus may be consciously used all this time for easeful vision and inspiration.
It is very important to be aware that Neptune is sextile Saturn all June 2019. I feel this means that we can utilise the vision and intuition of Neptune to inspire the battle between Saturn and Ketu. As Ketu tears down our unreal Saturnian blocks, we can be open to Neptune’s illuminations, and Saturn can work to ground and give structure to Neptune’s dreams and visions in your life.
Sun
Do note that Sun is in Vedic Taurus up to 15th June. So do look out to connect to energies of beauty and pleasure, value and contentment.
I have been burning a candle before my image of Great Goddess Lakshmi since Akshaya Tritiya last month. Really value the offering from this Goddess at this time.
You see, importantly, Venus enters Vedic Taurus from 4th June. And Venus rules Taurus. So, Venus and the Sun will be working together to keep alight the needed flame of pleasure and beauty, luxury and comfort. Do be aware of this. Maybe burn that candle in front of the image of Goddess Lakshmi to boost this island of beauty presence, amid all the cutting violent stuff that will also be going on.
I say this not least because, when Sun enters Vedic Gemini from 15th June, Sun will be caught up in the angry aggressive, argumentative conflictful energy of the current Mars-Rahu conjunction in Vedic Gemini – and Sun will also be receiving the tension of Ketu cutting away at our Saturn blocks from the Great Conjunction of Saturn, Ketu and Pluto, opposite, in Vedic Sagittarius.
Just one note: Sun will be opposite Jupiter on 10th June. This is likely to have a beneficial effect
Importantly, I feel that the message from the divine nature of the Sun, now, is to define your strategies, and keep moving forward to implement them through this turbulent twisted time. Don’t be ruthless. Don’t be blind to relationship issues around you. But do be disciplined and not scattered. And thus, we will achieve. It might well be a case of slow but steady wins the race. But also, do be open to special insights.
Chiron:
Chiron transits at 11 to 12 Vedic Pisces in June. That’s 5 to 6 deg western Aries.
Do check out how Chiron is interacting with your natal chart.
For example, I have Chiron transiting square my natal Uranus and trine my natal Mars. No – that doesn’t just make me irritable and wired (well, that’s what I say); it also makes me wired for revolution and innovation, inspirational and magical, creative and sort of technical as well.
Seriously though, Chiron is the energy of the Wounded Healer, and when we make progress in healing our existential wound, we become able to heal the wounds of others.
Chiron orbits between Saturn and Uranus, and so can bridge the gap between our blocks and our inspiration and revolution.
Lunations:
New Moon June 3rd at 18 deg Vedic Taurus in Rohini Nakshatra.
This is 12 deg Western Gemini.
Full Moon June 17th at 1 deg Vedic Sagittarius in Mula Nakshatra.
This is 25 deg western Sagittarius.
