Some people want to do a shamanic healer course but are “worried” that they find it hard to get into a meditative state and see visions.
They ask: can this be changed with practice?

The four modules of my Level 1 Course are:
Shamanic Journeying

The three modules of my Level 2 Course are:
Heart-centred deposition, where our lives are overshadowed or energetically blocked.
Soul renewal by working with Fort Holders.
Life-script, curse or thought-form unravelling, whether from this life or ancestral.
In the Level 1 course, you simply work on your own life; in the Level 2 course you work on you own life, but also do a piece of healing working with another person as well.
My answer to people who say they are ‘worried’ that they might find it hard to get into meditative state, is that I can help in the following ways:
a. When I send them the first module: the shamanic journey audio file, they listen to it several times so that they can relax, and stop worrying by doing some preparation practise.
b. All students on the course could send me their astrology natal data and I can have a look to see what indicators there are for intuition, sensitivity and vision.
c. We have to realise that we must not compare ourself to other people. We must not think that our meditation must look a particular way. By having those expectations and stress it is limiting what we are experiencing and it will be creating stress in our body.
d. I work with my partner, Maggie Pashley on many of my course, and Maggie could do EFT or Hypnosis with someone who was worried about their ability to sense things or see visions, if they wished.
