The aura is an energy field that extends from, surrounds and envelops our body. The aura is comprised of multiple layers, each vibrating at a different rate. The human aura acts as a two way interchange between the chakras in our body and universal, or spirit, energy. Energy from the universe will come in through your aura and enter the chakras to nourish your body. Then you release energy through your chakras back out into the aura and in to the universe.
