In recent decades the western world has become familiar with the Eastern teaching about the chakras in your body.
Each chakra is a kind of mini-energy center, and each one is a conduit taking the free energy from the universe and diverting it into your body.
The energy comes in at the top of your head at your crown chakra and moves down to the rest of your body in a zigzag lightning pattern.
The Tree of Life shows 10 different energy spheres, each associated with a specific body area.
Those body areas both receive energy and send energy further down to the areas below them, culminating in the 10th chakra which is the world of form.
As the energy descends the frequency of the Light energy slows. This is important because to enter the world of form, the energy must slow enough that it can drop into manifestation.
Chakras are important because they channel living energy into your body.
However, trauma, illnesses, and experiences can all create blockages in our chakras. When this occurs, the chakra is almost like a river choked with a beaver dam; it becomes unable to channel the energies to the areas below the obstructions. These energetic “log jams” can even be carried through your ancestral DNA.
While it is rare for a chakra to be completely blocked, partial blockages are quite common. Such blockages can contribute to feeling ill at ease, a feeling of frustration emotionally or a sense that you keep running into the same problem over and over.
This is not a hopeless situation by any means.
It simply indicates that there is work to be done to clear the obstructions.
Various forms of inner work can help, including talk therapy, hypnotherapy, yoga, and so forth.
